Reinsurance Analyst

Currently we have an exciting opportunity for an impressive individual with at least 12 months experience in reinsurance and / or life insurance to join the ING Australia Life Risk Group as a Reinsurance Analyst.
Reporting through to the Manager - Reinsurance and Heritage Products the focus of your role will be to administer reinsurance agreements whilst the same time identifying and implementing process improvement within the reinsurance team.
In more detail your role will involve:
- Managing internal & external reinsurance enquiries
- Calculating premiums and recoverables
- Preparing ????? ????? reporting
- Administer reinsurance arrangements to ensure all payments and recoveries are made within service standards
To be considered for this exciting role you will need to have at least 12 months operational experience within reinsurance or life Insurance. You will be analytical and highly numeric with an understanding of accounting practices and principles and be at an intermediate level with MS Excel. You will also have developed excellent relationship development skills along with exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
