    In this interesting and varied role your daily tasks will involve receiving incoming calls from customers, answering ????? ????? to customer accounts, escalating issues, updating the customer database and completing any necessary admin tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who consistently goes the extra mile and always ensures that an exceptional level of customer service is maintained.
