As part of the Commercial Motor Claims team you will manage your own portfolio of claims from initial notification through to settlement while liaising with customers, insurers, repairers and working closely with the state manager and team leader. You will need to ensure service standards are adhered to maintain a standard of fairness to the claimant. As well as this you will be responsible for minimising losses, determining liability, developing and maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
 
To be considered you will need -
 

• Solid motor claims experience from either a commercial or domestic background
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the motor claims strategy
• Ability to build and maintain solid relationships
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
