    As an Assistant to two of the internal Account Brokers you will provide full administration support with your core responsibilities being;
     
    • Attending to incoming client calls from your small to medium business cliental
    • Preparations of quotes, renewals, invoicing and gathering ????? ?????
    • Liaising with policy services, underwriting and claims departments from the nominated insurer
    • Effective complaints handling and resolution
    • Going above and beyond the call ????? ????? for your peers and most importantly, your clients
     
    My client is ideally looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a strong desire to build a long term career within the broking industry as their will be the potential to own and build a portfolio of risks from Liability to home & motor and marine insurances.
     
    The ideal applicant will hold relevant insurance qualifications with a minimum of Tier 2 in insurance, however this is not essential as full support for further studies will be provided and encouraged.  Excellent yet professional oral and written communication skills are essential.
