This forward thinking organisation has a newly created broking role to join their Parramatta office. This organisation has excellent formal training programmes, on-going support from helpful Managers, exciting career progression and they truly promote work-life balance.
You will be liaising with clients over the telephone, managing policy renewals, gaining quotes from insurance organisations and assisting the Account Manager with larger accounts.
If you excellent customer service skills, a good telephone manner, strong insurance knowledge and tier 1 qualified, then this could be the opportunity you are looking for.
