As a Junior Insurance Claims Officer you will be responsible for -
- Ensuring quotes, images and reports are completed within the company's assessing service standards
- Conduct regular follow ups within agreed timeframes
- Liaising with insurers, repairers, assessors and clients
- Assisting your team members to ensure all assessing service standards are met
- Achieving consistently high client satisfaction
- Inputting necessary information onto the company systems
To be considered for this role you will need -
- Excellent administrative skills
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and efficient time management abilities
- High levels of customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
