    As a Claims Officer you will be responsible for -
     
    • Ensuring ????? ?????, images and reports are completed within the company's assessing service standards
    • Conduct regular follow ups within agreed time frames
    • Liaising with insurers, repairers, assessors and clients
    • Assisting your team members to ensure all assessing service standards are met
    • Achieving consistently high client satisfaction
    • Inputting necessary information onto the company systems
     
    To be considered for this role you will need -
     
    • 6 months experience in commercial or domestic claims
    • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Strong organisational skills and efficient time management abilities
    • High levels of customer service skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
