Training Administrator

  • The HR Team in this leading international provider of integrated logistics services requires the services of a Training Administrator. In this role you will contribute to the management of both internal and external training processes that best suit the outcomes required by the company in order to achieve "Best Practice" and meet the company's policies, mission, vision and overall objectives.

    You will ensure that the HR TEam plans, directs & co-ordinates all activities associated with the company's training needs. You will constantly liaise with intenal and external stakeholders to ensure the best and most effective forms of training are delivered.

    Previous experience in a similar position will be favourably considered while previous experience in dealing with RTO's and NAC's is a mandatory requirement in order to be considered for this role. You mjust also be a proactive individual with the ability to multi-task across a range of activities on any given day.
