Our client is a leading member-driven organisation providing services and solutions to businesses and individuals. With over 24,000 members, the organisation has a strong presence in the business community. A key component of their service offering ????? ????? execute training and development programmes for both people and organisations. As such a new role, the Manager Education Innovation, has been created to support the General Manager in maintaining the organisation's position as a leader in the provision of education products to its members and the wider business community.
In this role you will review course framework, investigating opportunities to refine and improve the product offering, whilst also leading the design and development of new products in the education area. Working across the business, the Education Manager will engage key stakeholders to both gain their input on potential improvements and gain buy-in from them on innovations to be implemented. Managing 3 staff plus potential contractors/consulting resources, the Education Manager will also be adept at driving high performance through effective management and development of people.
Suitable backgrounds are similar roles in education that demonstrate a knowledge of the process from design to delivery. You may have worked in a professional services-style organisation and/or other progressive, dynamic member services organisations. Exposure to organisations with relative complexity in their business operations will assist in understanding how to drive your initiatives forward. Your style will be outcomes-driven with strong relationship development skills. You will have an engaging, charismatic style and the capacity to develop visionary concepts. Having these concepts accepted by key stakeholders will be the true test of your ability in this area.
