Hostec Training, a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in the Hospitality Industry, currently has opportunities available for experienced Trainers and Assessors (full-time) to deliver Retail, Hospitality and Business training and assessments to our Victorian clientele.
With a strong presence in the hospitality and various other industries, we are now looking to expand our pool of Trainers and Assessors.
In the role of Trainer and Assessor duties will include the ongoing monitoring of Trainees, as part of the Traineeship requirements for Trainees, to ensure successful delivery of training, including one on one onsite training if required during monitoring visits.
You will be part of the ongoing development, revision of course material and assessment validation.
Ideally you will have a high energy level and have an interest in the Hospitality industry to ensure top results. You will be responsible for the planning, delivery and assessment of training for both classroom based and flexible workplace delivery.
We are currently seeking experienced trainers who are qualified to deliver the following;
- Business
- Front Line Management
- Hospitality Operations
- Retail
Traineeships can be negotiated directly with employers/trainees to suit.
Applicants must possess:
A minimum 5 years industry experience in area of training, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and the necessary qualifications to delivery specific training together with solid verbal & written communication skills, a positive attitude and self motivation.
Previous experience working with trainees is highly desirable.
All members of the Hostec team are required to develop strong positive working relationships with all clients.
