This leading edge organisation is a one of its kind in Queensland. Due to ongoing growth we require a driven and highly motivated Aged Care Trainer to join this exciting organisation which has built an enviable reputation as one of Brisbane's leading training providers.

Reporting to the Project Manager and working with a small team of consultants and trainers around this new role will give you the opportunity to assist to develop and implement a best practice Aged Care training plan. This will include assisting in establishing course development in the initial stages, focussing on e-learning and creating innovative programs within a supportive framework.

You will have considerable experience in training delivery and some experience in course design in a corporate or government environment, high level communication and interpersonal skills and excel at motivating and addressing the challenges faced in the Aged Care sector.

You will monitor and develop trends and maintain links with employers in the training market. Some travel will be required to both local and some regional locations. Your focus will be approximately 60% Training delivery; 20% Course development and 20% reporting and accountability to ensure the desired training competencies are attained.

Essential qualifications will include a Cert IV in Training & Workplace Training & Assessment; Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or a Cert IV in Leisure and Health. Previous experience in delivering ????? ????? in Community Services (Lifestyle and Leisure) or the Cert IV in Leisure and Health is highly desirable.
