Over the past 11 years Hostec has evolved into a global market leader in providing high quality recruitment and training solutions for the tourism, hospitality and leisure industries. With a reputation for delivering ????? ????? solutions across major International Hotel and Resort groups, we now require a dynamic professional to join the recruitment team as General Manager.

This newly created role is a specialist position requiring ????? ????? of the Australian and International commercial business landscapes across the tourism, hospitality and leisure industries. You will be responsible for the overall operation of the Recruitment Business reporting to the co-founder/CEO.

Our current recruitment revenue streams include permanent recruitment and executive search. Branded "Talent Solutions". This role plans, directs and coordinates a strategic approach to managing the entire recruitment business.

You will also be the driver of operational service excellence, consistency of client solutions, and team management while we build new revenue streams within global movement of workforce and in-source / out-source business models.

Well focused leadership and the management of team members ensuring ????? ????? driven; client, candidate and contact excellence culture. The successful candidate will also display relevant experience in growing teams in a professional services business.

Our business primarily operates throughout Asia Pacific and Middle East. Our key Accounts include; Hamilton Island, Fairmont, Hilton, Jumeirah, Marriott, Peninsula the list goes on.
