The Talon Group is a fast growing boutique recruitment company based in modern offices in St Leonards. We operate on simple business principals based around fairness, honesty, integrity, confidentiality and impeccable service. These principals have been very well received in the market over the last 5 years and as such our past customers keep coming back! We are well resourced, able to provide exceptional support structures, stong IT support and an established database.To ensure we in no way compromise our levels of service or the quality of our reputation we are looking to appoint an additional consultant to facilitate growth of our current customer base, service existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
The Role we are offering
Working with 6 other experienced recruitment consultants with a minimum of 8 years corporate recruitment experience in the Permanent and Contract Labour hire business lines - your role will be as vast and varied as the roles and clients we are currently servicing. The environment is fast paced and fun with regular team functions and activities planned during ????? ?????. You will be given flexibility to build your networks in the Sydney and the national market place as you recruit and make contact with clients and candidates through advertising, using our current database and targeted selection. We offer one day a month off for reaching target to ensure you are feeling like you are working to live as opposed to living to work!
We are offering ????? ????? remuneration for this important role:
- Negotiable base $55K - $70K salary and commission - Extremely lucrative structure $130K OTE Uncapped
- Mobile Phone
- One day off a month purely for meeting target.

Selection Criteria
Ideally the candidate we are looking for has previous experience in sales and the corporate recruitment industry with high attention to detail, high levels of motivation and sound commercial acumen. You will be outgoing, trust worthy, able to achieve targets but do not want to be micro managed, and most of all, you are looking to have fun and achieve in your next job. Candidates with previous engineering, Accounting and finance or IT recruitment experience are sought but we will be happy to speak to experienced consultants from all other industry sectors. Candidates who have achieved in large agencies and want a more lucrative return on the revenue you generate - You will not be disappointed in this role!
