TRC Group is a subsidiary of a Global Financial Derivative Broker with an annual turnover in excess of AUD$2 Billion.

Competitive salary and Commission structure (up to 40%) coupled with excellent incentives (both individual and team based).

Opportunities

TRC are currently hiring ????? ????? of experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to establish and drive our presence across a spectrum of verticals within Engineering, including Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Mining and Rail.

Required profile

Previous Team Leading ⁄ management experience

Min. 3 years end to end Engineering ????? ?????

Target Driven, High Achiever who thrives in a challenging team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent Account Management and Business Development capabilities
