Konekt are one of Australia’s largest private sector providers of organisational health and risk management services. Due to growth and expansion, an exciting and challenging new role is available within our Employment Konektions service working across our Liverpool and Macarthur regions.
You will lead a team 4 of Employment Consultants with a view to achieving sustainable employment and work trials for clients in injury management rehabilitation programs. As a Team Leader you will mentor and supervise your team, as well as performing duties such as:
• Planning and coordinating job seeking programs
• Assisting clients into sustainable employment through: Pre screening, reverse marketing to employers, overcoming barriers to employment, provision of job search and application skills and support
• Meeting/ exceeding billable/ revenue targets while maintaining quality standards
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive records including case notes and reports
To be successful you will need to possess:
• Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Arts or Management
• Experience in injury management services and working with unemployed and/or disadvantaged groups
• Experience in recruitment including job search training, business development/reverse marketing.
• A general understanding of and commitment to the application of EEO and OH&S legislations, policies and procedures
• Strong communication, customer relations and leadership skills
