Most sales are predominately performed remotely using the phone and PC.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented Inside Sales professional with successful track record in selling solution software applications, preferably to the Human Resources and/or Recruiting organizations in small to mid-size companies.  The 3hats  solution will be sold primarily via the telephone and the web.
