We are on the lookout for an experienced Human Resources professional to join this well renowned and progressive organisation committed to strong levels of service delivery for their clients and staff.
Ideally you will have gained solid HR experience in the Not for Profit Sector, and have a good understanding and passion for HR and the development of staff. You will be a solid and driven HR professional with lots of initiative, and a desire to work with a leader in the Sydney Not for Profit Sector through continuous quality delivery, training, talent acquisition and development of existing staff.
To be successful in securing this exciting role you will need to possess the following experience:
- Formal Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources
- Minimum of 3-5 Years HR experience
- Supervisory experience
- Solid experience in the Community and Welfare OR Not for Profit Sector
- Solid IR and OH&S Experience
This role will suit a Human Resources professional who enjoys a good level of autonomy and influence within the day to day functions of the HR role. You will look after a range of HR functionality, so solid experience of IR and HR strategy is essential.
