Due to the continued growth of our QBE solution, we are now looking for an experienced I.T. consultant to join the team and be based in the CBD.
Your Role
This is an opportunity to join a highly successful Onsite solution within our top tier Financial Services client. The role is a full time, permanent position for an experienced I.T. recruitment consultant who has a developed network within the Sydney market place.
You will be required to work closely with the business to identify recruitment trends and assist in the workforce planning, recruitment strategy and hands on delivery of the recruitment.
You will be a passionate recruiter and will have proven examples of strategic sourcing and filling "hard to fill" roles. You will be hands on in your approach and will be able to manage multiple roles at one time whilst still being able to add value to the recruitment process in other areas.
Your Skills
Minimum 5 years experience recruiting IT roles, ideally both permanent and contract
RPO, onsite or internal recruitment experience is highly desired
The ability to manage key stakeholders, consult on operational issues and 'push back' when required
Experience recruiting at a range of salary levels, including executive recruitment
Excellent candidate management and Talent Pool management skills
A focus on quality customer service and service delivery
Strong communication skills and creative thinking
Problem solving and continuous improvement
A mature attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
