We are seeking an enthusiastic HR professional who can deliver and support relevant and effective HR practices and processes. In this role you will be providing generalist HR support and advice, managing all HR processes and systems and supporting key HR projects. In addition, a key function of this role will be to promote and coordinate all Learning & Development initiatives, including some facilitation of small in-house training programs.
Having already developed experience in a similar HR role (minimum 2 years) you will be a confident communicator and have strong stakeholder management skills. You will have the highest standards of customer service with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage HR processes and systems. If you have a Certificate IV in workplace training or have facilitation experience, this will be highly regarded.
