HR Consultant
CBD Location
$35.00 to $40.00 per hour + super
Temporary role for 4 months
A large retail bank located in Sydney CBD requires a HR Consultant to work on a 4 month contract to start immediately. The role will be to support the Reward Integration project.
To be successful for the position, you must have: - 2 to 3 years HR experience and ability to apply HR principles
- Strong comprehension and communication skills
- Ability to develop communications content across the Reward Integration work streams
- Numerate and analytical skills to support policy analysis and development
- Commercial understanding
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Project management experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in policy review and analysis, position descriptions, job evaluation preferred but not essential
