HR Consultant

 

  • CBD Location

  • $35.00 to $40.00 per hour + super

  • Temporary role for 4 months
  • A large retail bank located in Sydney CBD requires a HR Consultant to work on a 4 month contract to start immediately. The role will be to support the Reward Integration project.

    To be successful for the position, you must have:
    • 2 to 3 years HR experience and ability to apply HR principles
    • Strong comprehension and communication skills
    • Ability to develop communications content across the Reward Integration work streams
    • Numerate and analytical skills to support policy analysis and development
    • Commercial understanding
    • Strong planning and organisation skills
    • Project management experience preferred but not essential
    • Experience in policy review and analysis, position descriptions, job evaluation preferred but not essential
