    An exciting role has evolved for an experienced People & Development Manager who
    can help shape strategic thinking on people management.

    Reporting to the Executive Manager, People & Development, you will expertly manage
    and deliver all operational aspects of the human resources function by providing
    knowledgeable advice and support to managers and staff within the organisation.
    This challenging opportunity will also see you play a key role in the development
    and implementation of strategic organisational development projects that include
    workforce planning, leadership capability development, talent management,
    succession planning and employee engagement.

    Your senior experience will have included the autonomous management of a
    human resources function coupled with a track record in the development and
    implementation of initiatives designed to support organisational capability. This role
    requires someone with great communication and influencing skills.
