As the Human Resources Director, your primary focus will be to provide strategic human resources initiatives to support this organisation across a number of business units. Your priority will be to design, develop and implement a localised HR strategic plan. Key outcomes will be to work with the CEO, Executive and management teams through providing strategic advice, developing programs and coaching in order to, increase levels of engagement and develop a high performance culture. Effective expansion of channels to key labour markets for staff attraction and retention strategies such as talent management, skill development and capability building is required. You will drive strategies and provide high level advice in such areas as performance management, workforce planning, industrial relations, employment arrangements, OH&S and HR processes.

An exceptional communicator, your enthusiasm and resilience will ensure you influence relationships in this extremely complex and fast paced culture through a consultative approach.
To be considered you will have demonstrated success in a similar level role, have participated in industrial negotiations and significant change agendas and you will be someone who builds credibility through considered action. Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business Management are highly desirable and as a prerequisite your strategic approach and significant impact as a HR business partner .
