• Your role will be to Project Manage from Feasibility to Realisation the key organisational change program required to drive the business direction and operational strategies as devised by the Senior Executive.
• To provide visibility of the entire Program of Projects across the organisation and make recommendations to ensure the pace of change doesn't impact operational effectiveness.
• To evolve our Project (Change) Management framework with supporting methodologies, tools, techniques, templates and best practice that guide and develop people to deliver agreed projects aligned to Clarendon’s goals.

This diverse role will see you working with key stakeholders to drive change and deliver business goals. We're looking for someone with strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills and the determination to see projects through to completion, during an exciting time of operational and business change.

If you have a qualification in Project and/or Program Management, Business Management or in a related discipline with 4+ years Project Management experience with 2+ years Program Management experience.
