Creative, energetic OD Manager required for new and challenging role.
The Federal Court is looking for a creative and energetic person to lead its organisation development and learning and development activities. Applicants should have an excellent understanding of organisation development and learning and development principles and a track record of applying these successfully in the workplace. The Court’s HR area is a small, cohesive team with a high service ethic where people work collaboratively. This is a new position and offers an opportunity for the right person to make a real impact.
