Function Waitstaff

  • Gastronomy is seeking casual function waitstaff who want to work in functions and events for the christmas season and beyond.

    YOU will have a passion for customer service and love food. You will be flexible with your working hours on a week by week basis. You will love serving people and be the kind of person to always keep your dealings with clients both friendly and professional. You will have a high standard of personal presentation, be confident and a good communicator.

    WE are a premium, multi award-winning caterer specialising in corporate, event and high-end institutional clientele. We are exceptionally organised and well resourced with our head office and main kitchen based in Kensington, with kitchens also located at UNSW and the CBD. We use Sydney’s best suppliers, make our food from scratch, source and supply beverages and cater in some of the best venues in Sydney. 

    THE POSITION is casual and in the CBD and Eastern Suburbs. You will provide wait service at our venues and client's premises. There is a lot of work for the right person.

    MINIMUM criteria to apply

    • 2 years hospitality experience, preferably in Functions/Conference and Events
    • Good availability over the weekend
    • Great communication skills, including an excellent command of the English language
