THE ROLE
The Reservations Consultant role is to book, sell & promote the Creative product range to Travel Agents over the phone.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle incoming call ????? ?????
• Quote & book the Creative product range
• Upsell flights, accomm & tour options
• Booking updates & admin
• Provide excellence in customer service
• Meet sales, service & call ????? ?????

APPLICANTS
To be a Creative expert selling the worlds most fabulous & exciting destinations, you must have a min of certificate III in Travel along with a passion & drive for excellence. While experience within a wholesale/retail position is preferable however not essential.

As the role involves high telephone usage, clear & concise communication skills are essential to excel within the role.
