Our client is a leading hotel operation and a fantastic opportunity exists for a Talented Business Development Manager to focus on the MICE sector on behalf of the property.

In this role you will report directly to the Director of Sales and you will be responsible for positioning the product in the market and driving additional revenue into the business. As part of this dynamic sales team you will have a proven track record in a BDM or Sales Manager capacity ideally within the four to five star Sydney accommodation market. The focus of this role is to increase business and drive market share across the MICE sector. You will be an excellent communicator with the proven ability to develop relationships and implement strategies which lead to revenue generation.

The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as within a structured team environment. You will work to structured KPI’s and assist the Director of Sales in the development of new strategies which will enhance the property’s competitiveness in the market place.
