Our client is a five star international hotel based in Sydney and an exceptional opportunity currently exists for an experienced Human Resources Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for all HR functions within the hotel. This is a Department Head role and requires an individual with exceptional communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. This is a generalist HR role and will require someone with a broad understanding of recruitment, training and IR functions, incorporating Work Cover. You will be responsible for the delivery of employee training and leadership development programs. You will also oversee the recruitment function and be highly organised with strong administration skills. Previous experience in a hotel environment is highly desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a five star Sydney hotel in a Department Head capacity.
