This is a high volume, quality operation and the successful candidate will have proven experience in a Catering ????? ????? role in a large hotel or convention centre operation.

    Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee the day to day operational activity and ensure the successful delivery of catering ????? ?????. Responsible for managing a large service team of Managers and event floor staff you will be a strong leader with a true desire to motivate, lead and drive a successful team.
    You will be responsible for setting and maintaining departmental budgets and for the development of forecasts and management of daily revenues to ensure effective labour management.
