The Executive chef is looking for a CDP and a sous chef in order to join his brigade due to the number of covers. You will have some experience as CDP in a Japanese restaurant, working in all sections, serving a stylish and refined Japanese cuisine. You will work within a large brigade, under a supervision of an Executive chef and Chef de Cuisine. Great opportunities in the future for the right chef to progress in this company.
