Bistro Ortolan in Leichhardt, awarded two chefs hats in the 2009 and 2010 SMH Good Food Guide, requires a chef-de-partie to join their team. Open Tuesday to Saturday, for dinners only, Bistro Ortolan is a 60-seat fine-dining restaurant. Interested aplicants should have demonstrated experience in a similar environment, be able to run a section independently, and an ability to work well within a small team.
