HEAD CHEF
MINIMUM 2 YRS AS HEAD CHEF OR 3 YRS AS SENIOR SOUS CHEF
DETERMINATION TO SUCEED
MODERN AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL CUISINE
Le Sands Pavillion is searching for a hands on head chef who is highly motivated, creative, hard working and takes pride in his food presentation.
Must have excellent knowledge of menu planning, stock & cost control.
Must be prepared to work weekends and public holidays
Person who is succesful must be an excellent team leader and motivator.
This is a full time position so you must be able to work more than 20 hours per week.
People who have just finished a cooking course please do not apply.
MUST have minimum 3 years experience as senior sous chef or 2 years exp as a head chef.
Willing to pay excellent money to an excellent person.
