This 5 Star Hotel, part of an International Hotel Group, offers a premium location in the city with stunning views distinguish the various guest rooms and suites. The Hotel has a restaurant, 24 hours room service and banqueting, conference rooms. The Executive chef is looking for a sous chef to manage the restaurant. You will be in charge of this 90 seater restaurant, serving a fine dining cuisine for up to 100 covers a night. You will have a strong experience in a hated restaurant or Michelin Star restaurant.
