One of Sydney's most prestigious five star luxury hotels has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Banquet Sous Chef. This is truly a rare opportunity to join one of the wold's leading hotel groups.
In this role and under the guidance of the Executive Chef, you will be in charge of conference and catering ????? ????? hotel ranging from 150 to 600 guests. You will have a proven track record in five star hotel operations, preferably in a Sous Chef capacity. The successful candidate will have a great sense of organisation and be able to provide a quality focus in a large scale volume operation. You will be managing a small brigade within the banqueting operations ranging from four to seven chefs. This is a sensational opportunity to join one of the world's leading hotels groups.
