National Gallery of Australia and Parliament House, Canberra. The Head Pastry role exists for the
production of all pastry items for multiple venues
from a central kitchen. The successful applicant will be
working under James Kidman to create a dynamic
pastry department servicing 12 diverse venues. The
applicant should have experience in managing
large scale production of high quality bread and
pastry. They should also have a grasp of staff
management and cost analysis relative to the
operation. Remuneration will be negotiated directly.
