Centrally located Italian restaurant looking to re-brand it's style of cuisine and service. We are seeking a fully experienced Chef, specializing in being involved in the process, as a hands-on chef as well as having the knowledge of training a brigade
around them. May also consider a highly qualified chef in Italian cuisine to consult on a contractual basis for a period of time.
