Course Objectives:
- To provide a short but high impact course focusing on developing basic hospitality job skills with a particular focus on Food and Beverage.
- To increase a job seekers practical skills in line with industry requirements.
- to provide employment opportunities for hob seeks within Accor and increase opportunities for employment from other hospitality organisations.
- To maintrain a focus on upskilling Indigenous job seekers interested in working in the hospitality industry.
As the course is focused on practical skills, employees will gain skills which will have direct effect on their ability to settle quickly and comfortably into a hospitality organisation.
The course starts on the 16th November 2009 - 20th of November 2009 in the Sydney Metro Area (TBA).
