Our clients St. Michael’s Golf Club stands amongst Australia's best, recently ranked as one of New South Wales top ten golf courses is looking for an experienced, personable, hands-on leader who knows how to get the best out her/his team and knows how to run a successful Bar and Bistro. Reporting to the Functions Manager you will have worked within a 5 star environment or previously worked in the golf industry.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

• Establish good relationships with members and corporates to encourage repeat business.
• Liaison with the Head Chef and other departments.
• Provide supervision, guidance and training to F&B Attendants.
• Preparation of rosters and staff communications.
• Be a hands on manager.
• Have a interest in the golf industry

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

• Previous experience in a F&B supervisory/management role.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant/beverage operations.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent personal presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, flexibility and reliability.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Current RSA/RCG Certification
