    • Alexander Grey is a boutique agency with more than 20 years experience recruiting within financial services. Over the years we have developed a great reputation in the industry for the in-depth training and induction program we provide for our consultants.

    Following a 2 week induction period, you will spend the rest of your training managing your own candidates where you will be responsible for all aspects of ad writing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks. After 6 weeks you will be given your own jobs to work on and clients to service.
