    Our client is a fast growing player in the Australian Cardio-respiratory and Sleep Diagnostics Market. Having
    built the company on the basis of importing innovative and cost effective products, and delivering ????? ?????
    new standard of customer service, they are poised to become the next market leader in
    Cardiopulmonary Diagnostics

    Position:

    Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be liaising with a well defined group of customers,
    identifying possible sales opportunities and responding to each and every customer request. In some
    cases you will be involved on a consultative level in building your customers business and providing
    solutions to their problems. You will be dealing with both the Clinical Respiratory community and the
    research community. This will be a dynamic and challenging role that will see you servicing and
    developing new and existing accounts to ensure high service standards are met.

    You will assume complete ownership for customer satisfaction and business growth within your
    designated territory. Your success in obtaining this role will be underpinned by proving that you have a
    talent for building relationships and delivering ????? ?????, with an almost obsessive desire to please the
    customer. Furthermore you will be willing to leverage internal and external stakeholders and resources
    to service the customer and win business.

    Candidate:

    To be considered for this role you will display:
    - exceptional relationship building skills
    - an almost obsessive desire to follow up with your customer and a deep motivation to consistently
    provide flawless customer support
    - superior communication skills, using tact and empathy whilst effectively getting your point across
    - self motivation and reliability with exceptional energy and drive given that you will need to work in
    An environment with minimal/growing infrastructure.

    In addition you will have:

    - Relevant tertiary qualifications for the Pulmonary Function and Sleep diagnostic fields
    - 2 years experience in a Lung Function/Respiratory Lab, and/or a Sleep/Neurology Lab
    - An understanding of Pulmonary Function Testing equipment, PSG and EEG
    You may also have (but not mandatory):
    - sold capital equipment in a long sales cycle and multi layered sales process
    - experience in providing technical service to demanding customers
