Our client is an accredited rehabilitation provider operating across the east of Australia. They provide professional clinical and occupational injury consulting services to many of Australia’s largest employers and insurers.
Our focus is on providing professional clinical consulting services aimed at returning injured workers to employment as quickly as possible.This position requires you to provide a high standard of clinical consulting (case management) services achieving early, safe and durable return to work. To ensure a consistent high level of customer focus ensuring ????? ????? of all stakeholders are reviewed and addressed regularly to achieve exceptional clinical and return to work outcomes. To provide thorough assessment and return to work management (different employer case management) of a wide range of injured workers with psychological or physical disorders.
To be successful in this role; you will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant occupational rehabilitation / employment placement or recruitment experience in a related industry sector. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills. You will be vibrant, innovative, creative, sales oriented, energetic, self motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment. Ideally have direct experience in employment placement with the capability to manage medical barriers to return to work. Previous experience in injury management / employment and / or disability services would be desirable.
