This multinational organisation has a number of divisions throughout a variety of industries; the common strategy being ongoing product improvements and technology advancements. Selling consumer electronics, white goods and medical equipment they are well established in over 30 markets across the globe and continue to grow from strength to strength. This role exists in their medical division and requires a proven sales achiever to compliment their already successful team.
The Vacant Position
Your role based here in Sydney would see you selling a range of high end ultrasound equipment into both public and private hospitals, independent gynaecologist and sonographers. This role will be focused, in the main, on targeting business within accounts our client has been dealing with for years, eighty percent of your time, with only twenty percent being devoted to trying to find new accounts. This role will involve technical conversations with people that have a high level of education in the areas of radiology, nuclear medicine or sonography. This opportunity will see you being exposed to a large number of career opportunities and working with leading edge technology.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with:
- Base Salary between $70,000 and $ 95,000 depending on your experience
- Company vehicle or car allowance
- Commission structure that well see you earning a minimum of $140K and up to $200K
- All necessary tools of trade such as mobile phone and laptop will be provided
Experience Required
To be successful in this application you will need to have a background in medical sales of some sort of capital equipment, ideally ultrasound. Relevant medical tertiary qualifications will be essentiali in sonography or medical imaging. You have a background with complex sales and you understand the need for buy in at multiple levels. Your ability to mesh well in a highly focused and driven team, coupled with your enthusiasm to go out and achieve new business will place you in good stead when applications are considered.
