We have a number of clients who seek the services of a Clinical Care Co-ordinator within the Aged Care Industry, across various areas of MELBOURNE.
In this role you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all Clinical areas of the facilities.
To be successful in this position you must have:
- Strong proven leadership
- Current Div 1 Registration with the NBV
- Knowledge of aged care legislation, continuous quality improvement and ACFI documentation
- Attention to detail
- Current Police check.
