Naiman Clarke currently has a great career opportunity for a Peri-operative Manager to join a private facility situated within a tropical city on the northern Queensland coast.
This acute care facility offers a range of services and has 5 operating theatres specialising in orthopaedic, general surgery, gynaecology, ENT (adult & paediatric), plastics, urology and obstetrics.
This position will report directly to Executive Management and will be responsible for patient care, quality assurance, human resource management, theatre utilisation and budget preparation
The ideal applicant will come from a Peri-operative background and have previous management experience together with a post graduate qualification in Peri-operative nursing and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A tertiary qualification in nursing and in management would be highly desirable.
