Naiman Clarke currently has a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Operating Theatre Nurse with senior management experience to join a progressive private facility.

This position is for a modern private hospital located south west of Sydney CBD and provides a wide range of surgical specialities, medicine, rehabilitation and psychiatry care.

 We are seeking an individual who is a lateral thinker, motivated to achieve results and has an innovative approach.

The following is essential for the role:

- Bachelor of nursing

- Post graduate qualifications in a peri operative stream

- Minimum of 5 years experience in Peri operative Services Senior Management

- Proven leadership skills

The ideal person will be diplomatic and have excellent negotiation and communication skills with a proven history of meeting budgets, KPI’s and dealing with workforce planning.
