A key opportunities in Northern Sydney and NSW is now available reporting to the State Sales Manager and covering ????? ????? and country Public and Private Hospitals.
Your objective is to develop relationships with key clinicians, nursing staff and hospital support staff within your territory. Your dynamic, results orientated approach to ensure that sales targets are met and customer needs serviced will be what sets you and this company apart from others.
A typical day on the road will involve marketing the clinical benefits of the technology to prospective customers face to face, asking the right questions to uncover need and then articulating the solution. You will manage the sales process from pre-sale to implementation using your account management skills to work with all stakeholders from the clinical floor to the purchasing and supply to always remain one step ahead of the competition.
To succeed and be considered, you will:
• Be a highly energetic, passionate sales professional able to demonstrate high level achievements within the medical industry within the Intensive Care, Anaesthetics and Operating Room environments.
• Have the drive, initiative, and the ability to adapt to an evolving and ever more competitive healthcare market
• Be articulate and personable, able to create rapport with contacts at all levels
• Have the skills to negotiate and position for an effective “win-win” with the customer
• Intensive Care Nursing experience is considered essential to securing ????? ????? the knowledge needed to support the customer effectively
The successful incumbent will be remunerated with a base of circa $65,000 plus superannuation, on-target and uncapped commissions ( $40,000 OTE ) and a car allowance $21,500 plus a home office allowance. Tools of trade – laptop, printer /fax, wireless card, toll expenses are also included
