Due to internal reorganisation and promotions, an incredible opportunity has become available for an experienced aged manager to oversee the day to day operations of this 'hotel' like facility. Offering ????? ????? to its 62 high care residents this facility is the flagship of the organisation and a pleasure to work in. Reporting directly to the operations manager the successful candidate must have: Current NSW Nurses registration Relevant post graduate qualifications (desirable) Extensive management experience in aged care or health care Sound understanding of aged care funding Good business acumen Operational management experience including budgeting, HR, customer service and facility maintenance Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation
