The Position :
Our client is a large multinational pharmaceutical company . An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse manager to be involved in field coaching and management of a national team of nurse educators . The team you will manage will be conducting patient education sessions and clinical audits within GP practices .A key aspect of the role will be ensuring ????? ????? programming and strategy is implemented equitably across all territories . To achieve this objective you will be managing a newly established team of 8 high performing nurse educators in NSW, VIC and QLD. As a field based manager, you will enjoy coaching and inspiring ????? ????? to excel and share best practice.
If you have the following skills we would love to hear from you .
- Registered nurse with some diabetes experience
- Nurse management experience within a commercial environment .
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, develop and train nursing staff
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
- A thorough understanding of the GP practice environment and the pharmaceutical industry
- Dynamic self starter with drive and energy
