Naiman Clarke currently has a great opportunity for a career focused individual to join a reputable aged care provider which operates several retirement communities.
A position now exists for a Care Services Manager to join the Sydney facility located North West of the city and accommodates more than 60 high care residents.
The position of Care Services Manager will report directly General Manager/Director of Care and will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic operational direction and effective resource management of the nursing home
- Ensuring ????? ????? high quality patient care
- Providing appropriate support and development opportunities for staff
- Actively participate in staff recruitment and performance management
- Ensure maintenance of the Aged Care Accreditation Agency standards
- Formulation of policies, practices and procedures
The successful applicant will be a Registered Nurse with previous management experience within an aged care facility and hold relevant qualifications.Knowledge of Aged Care Standards & Accreditation, ACFI functioning and documentary evidence requirements is essential together with a commitment to continuous improvement quality management principles and the delivery of person centered quality care.
