  • A truly remarkable opportunity exists for two experienced operations managers to join the best and most efficient Urological care in the country. Join this privately owned independent healthcare group whose purpose is to deliver excellence in healthcare.

    We are seeking dynamic people with appropriate qualifications and experience to Manage and lead their existing Specialist Practices and related entities and future service development priorities in the Group. The successful candidate's focus area for this position will be achieving business development, robust financial performance, optimisation of scheduling, effective management amongst others.

    Selection Criteria

    The ideal candidate must:

    * Possess a motivation to exceed business targets with a commitment
    to quality customer service
    * Demonstrate leadership effectiveness qualities necessary to manage
    multiple Specialist Practices across a significant geographical area
    * Demonstrate previous senior management experience with
    organisational change management and working within a highly
    regulated environment
    * Previous experience around Innovative & Effective Service
    Development in the Private Healthcare sector including implementation
    of complex initiatives across multiple sites within budget and time
    parameters and project management experience will be valued
    * Have an understanding of the Healthcare Industry including trends and
    emerging models of health service provision and specialist practice
    service excellence
    * Demonstrate an ability to work with a diversity of people and
    organisational structures within a collegiate environment
    * Previous demonstrated effectiveness in achieving financial success /
    improvements in health related service types inclusive of extensive
    knowledge around budgeting
    * A tenacity to persevere with change and an unswerving commitment
    to improve service options for increasing numbers of people with
    preparedness to challenge existing models
    * Demonstrated experience and success in application of Risk
    Management principals in both the care and safety context
    * Have previous direct senior executive management experience and
    proven success in producing results in areas of financial
    improvements around Health service delivery, practice/scheduling
    management, Health Services Development and Provision, Quality
    systems and Human Resource Management

    It is desirable that you have:

    * Current NSW Nurses Registration with the NSW Nurses Registration
    Board
    * Tertiary qualifications in Health Service Management or related
    disciplines
